By accessing or using Recruitment Max Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Use of Service

Recruitment Max Hub is a SaaS platform for manpower recruitment consultancies. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You may cancel your subscription at any time; your workspace remains active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you input into Recruitment Max Hub. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You may export your data at any time from your workspace settings.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for any loss arising from service interruptions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Recruitment Max Hub is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
