When you register for Recruitment Max Hub, we collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, company name, and billing information. We also collect usage data about how you interact with the platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Recruitment Max Hub platform, process transactions, send communications, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Isolation

Each consultancy workspace is completely isolated. Your data — candidates, clients, positions, financial records — is never accessible to other consultancies on the platform. Tenant data isolation is enforced at the database level on every query.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon cancellation, data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted. You may request an export of your data at any time from your workspace.

5. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, bcrypt password hashing, CSRF protection, and comprehensive audit logging. All payment processing is handled by Razorpay and Stripe — we never store card details.
