Pricing FAQ
What counts as a seat?
Each person who logs into your workhub uses one seat. Admin seats, Manager seats, Team Head seats, and Employee (Recruiter/Freelancer) seats are counted separately and priced differently.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal.
What happens after my free trial?
You will be prompted to subscribe. Your data is preserved. If you do not subscribe, your workspace is suspended (not deleted) for 90 days.
Is there a contract?
No contracts. Month-to-month or annual — your choice. Cancel any time from your workspace.
Do prices include taxes?
Prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST). Tax is calculated based on your location during checkout.
